Jumping saddles are designed for jumping as the name suggests and have short, foward cut, padded saddle flaps allowing the rider to shorten their stirrups and have their knees higher in the saddle whilst giving security. Jumping saddles have a flatter seat allowing the rider to easily adopt different seating positions.
