Description

Attractive 11yr old 16hh bay gelding who has done a bit of everything. Great to handle, load, vet etc, never sick or sorry. Rourke has competed in endurance, he was Sport Endurance's national novice champion in 2011. Always finished in the top 3, very low heart rate. Rourke also has a big jump (popping 4 foot 6 chase fences) and would make a fantastic team chaser. He has qualified 2 years in a row for the Horseware national hunter trails finals at Eland Lodge. Lovely clear round in both the 70cm individual and 80cm pairs last year. Rourke is a careful show jumper, and very fast against the clock, winning a number of unaffiliated classes. Currently jumping 1m show jumps at home but lack of time has meant he hasn't been competed this year, however he is fit and ready to go. Rourke is great ride but he is NOT a novice ride. Same home for the last 7 years so good home essential, no dealers. All sensible offers considered.
