On the final day of the FEI European Championships in Aachen, Germany (23 August 2015), the showjumping competition reached its finale with the Individual class contested. Going forward to compete for Great Britain after finishing in the top twenty-five athletes after Friday’s Team Final and Third Individual Qualifying round were Joe Clee and Ben Maher.

In less than a year Great Britain will take to the arena of the Olympic Equestrian Centre at Deodoro in Rio, Brazil, after a nail-biting climax to the FEI European Championship Jumping Final saw the British team finish in fourth place – and with it, secure a team place for next year’s Olympic Games.

The British quartet produced some stunning rounds on day two of the team competition to stay in the hunt for a medal, and with it Olympic qualification, at the Jumping FEI European Championships in Aachen, Germany, today (20 August 2015).

The path to Rio 2016 for Great Britain’s Showjumpers came one step closer today when they continued their campaign for the three Olympic qualifying places at stake at the FEI European Championships in Aachen.

Drawn sixth to go, Great Britain had a good day in the office, with three clear jumping rounds recorded on the first day of competition in the Turkish Airlines Prize speed class, at the Jumping FEI European Championships in Aachen, Germany (19 August 2015). Joe Clee with Ludwig Criel’s Utamaro d’Ecaussines finished the highest placed British rider, after finishing the day in third place.

Following on from their Team Bronze at their European Championships in Wiener Neustadt in Austria GB Junior riders added to their medal tally this afternoon with an Individual Silver and Bronze.

The Junior Team at their respective European Championships in Wiener Neustadt, Austria picked up Bronze today after a twenty one team Nations Cup competition.

The National Gentlemen’s Final was decided in spectacular fashion in the Andrews Bowen Indoor Arena tonight at the British Showjumping National Championships and Stoneleigh Horse Show.

British Showjumping selectors have announced the UK Sport National Lottery funded showjumping squad for the upcoming FEI European Championships, which take place in Aachen, Germany (19-23 August 2015).

Fantastic performances throughout the Pony European Championships in Malmo have seen 15 year-old Jodie Hall McAteer from Borehamwood, Hertfordshire win Individual Silver for Great Britain today.
